BAR RATES:

When the inventory on contracted rates are sold out, the Hotel will offer accommodation on Bar or Next Category of Rooms as per the contracted prices.

SPECIAL RATES / CVGR:

Special discounted rates are available for Corporates, Doctors, Student packages, Food packages, etc. Connect with our reservations team for more details.

BOOKING HOLD:

Bookings will not be held for room reservations made without an advance payment.

CONFIRMATION:

Bookings will be confirmed against 50% payment in advance and rest of the payment to be cleared on or before the check in time. 100% payment to be done for 1 room night bookings. All extras to be settled before checkout.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE:

Reservations must be guaranteed by making 50% advance payment. Non-Guaranteed Reservations will be released as and when requirement arises. Payment made to be confirmed with the reservations executive. Front Office Executive to confirm the booking.

NO SHOW:

If a Guest with a guaranteed reservation does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, Room tariff will be levied as NO SHOW Charges and inventory blocked for the subsequent days will be released if there is no proper official communication

CANCELLATION:

Zero Cancellation charges for cancellations done 72 hours prior to the arrival date. No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours of the arrival date.

BUSINESS SUPPORT:

Special discounted contracted rates are offered based on specific business volume guaranteed.
